Every waking moment we are faced with choices.

At the moment, the choice we make feels like the right decision.

Once some time has passed, we might realize we made a mistake.

Hindsight is 20/20, of course. But oftentimes, our choice was due to:

  • Peer pressure
  • Unexplored biases
  • A hyper-focus on the short term
  • Obsessing over sunk costs
  • Insufficient, or imperfect,  information

These are all a result of outside forces, right?

We can unlearn and insulate ourselves from these outside forces.

Good news! With some rational thought, we can get better at making choices.
